Whimsy meets heritage: Louis Vuitton × Takashi Murakami

A whirlwind of color, craft and collector fever. Louis Vuitton taps Murakami again, this time delivering eleven “highly limited” versions of the Capucines bag, draped in his signature surreal motifs and sculptural artwork. 

These aren’t your everyday carryalls. From a baby-pink “Mini Tentacle” with octopus limbs to a silver-canvas “Mini Mushroom” bursting with hundred plus hand-embroidered charms, each piece feels more sculpture than satchel. 

And yes, the runway to street code is intact.
